Filling the Gap in Celiac Care
Between doctors and patients. Between institutions and individuals. Between diagnosis and daily life. I’m here to bridge those gaps — for individuals, caregivers, and the systems that serve them.
The Gap Is Real
Most people with celiac disease are left to figure it out on their own. Doctors diagnose, but rarely guide. Institutions serve food, but rarely understand the stakes. Caregivers carry the weight, but rarely get support.
Celiac Wayfinder exists to fill that gap. I bridge the space between medical providers and the people they serve — with practical tools, advocacy, and training that reduces risk, lowers costs, and creates more inclusive practices for everyone.
Who This Is For
Whether you’re navigating your own diagnosis, supporting a loved one, or building better systems — there’s a place for you here.
🧭 For Individuals
Your doctor gave you a diagnosis — but not a roadmap. I’m here to fill that gap. Get practical guides, low-energy recipes, advocacy support, and real-world strategies for managing celiac alongside comorbidities like Type 1 diabetes or autism.
🤝 For Caregivers
You’re carrying a load that nobody trained you for. Caregivers of people with celiac disease deserve real tools — not just “good luck.” Get advocacy toolkits, communication templates, and strategies for navigating schools, medical settings, and family dynamics.
🏥 For Institutions
Poor celiac protocols cost institutions money — through liability, repeat visits, and preventable complications. Better procedures reduce risk, lower costs, and create inclusive environments. I help hospitals, schools, and organizations build celiac-safe practices that protect people and bottom lines.

About Brynn
I don’t have a degree in nutrition or medicine — what I have is lived experience. I’ve navigated celiac disease alongside Type 1 diabetes and autism, both personally and with family members. I saw the gap firsthand — between what doctors tell you and what you actually need to know, between the diagnosis and the daily reality. I’m a Patient Advocate (in progress) and Food Safety Manager (in progress), and I’m building Celiac Wayfinder to bridge those gaps — one person, one family, one institution at a time.
