Hi, I’m Brynn
I help individuals, families, and institutions reduce the mental load of managing celiac disease — by filling the gaps that the healthcare system leaves behind.
My Story
I don’t have a degree in nutrition or medicine — what I have is something more valuable: lived experience. I’ve navigated celiac disease alongside comorbidities like Type 1 diabetes and autism, both personally and with family members. I’ve worked with schools, medical providers, and caregivers. I’ve spent years figuring out what actually works when the textbook advice falls short.
I saw the gap firsthand — between what doctors tell you and what you actually need to know, between the diagnosis and the daily reality, between the systems meant to help you and the support you actually receive. So I decided to fill it.
What I Do
For Individuals & Families
Practical resources, low-energy recipes, advocacy support, and strategies to simplify daily life with celiac disease.
For Institutions
Training programs for medical professionals, dietitians, and food service workers — helping institutions reduce risk, cut costs, and build inclusive celiac protocols.

Why I Started Celiac Wayfinder
Because living with celiac disease is exhausting — and it doesn’t have to be.
I’ve seen too many people struggle alone, overwhelmed by the daily grind of managing a chronic condition. I’ve watched families burn out trying to advocate for their kids. I’ve seen institutions fail people with celiac disease — not out of malice, but because they didn’t have the right training or systems in place.
I started Celiac Wayfinder to change that. To create a space where people can find real support, practical tools, and someone who actually gets it. To help institutions do better. To reduce the mental load — one person, one family, one protocol at a time.
Let’s Work Together
Whether you’re looking for personal support or institutional training, I’d love to help.
